- Can I reserve a parking space prior to my stay?
You can book a parking space immediately when booking a room. Please note: we have a limited number of places. As an alternative we would be happy to advise you on the other public garages or the P+R options outside the city.
- Can I pay safely online?
You pay securely with credit card or IDEAL via our secure payment link when making your booking online.
- Is the hotel wheelchair friendly?
All floors in the hotel can be reached via the lift. Ask about the rooms with an adapted bathroom if you are less good at walking.
- Do I need to bring swimwear while using the sauna & Turkish steam bath?
There is no obligation to wear swimwear in the sauna or Turkish steam bath. From a hygienic point of view we always ask you to use the available towels.
- May I bring my pet along to the hotel?
Although we really like dogs, cats and rabbits, we like to be considerate to everyone. Unfortunately, your pet is not allowed to sleep in our hotel.
- Can I dine at the hotel?
We do not have our own restaurant, but are surrounded by restaurants with diverse cuisines. We will be pleased to share our dining tips with you.
- Which measures is the hotel taking regarding COVID-19?
The health and well-being of our guests and colleagues is our main priority. Now and always. That's why we welcome guests in an appropriate manner and in accordance with all regulations of the Dutch government and RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment).
